This is a private, invite-only library of personal dirt-bike ride videos, run by one person as a hobby. It is free, there is no advertising, and nothing here is sold. This policy covers the website and the Chadman Productions television app, which are two clients of the same service.

What is collected

Your email address. It is how you are identified, and how sign-in links are sent. You are only ever added by invitation.
Your display name, and optionally a short bio and photo, if one has been set up for you so other members can see who is in a ride.
Where you are up to in a video, so a part-watched ride can be resumed.
Your preferences — whether to be emailed about new videos, card size, whether previews play automatically.
Reactions you leave on a video, which other members can see.
A sign-in token, stored on the device you signed in on, so you stay signed in. On a television this is created by pairing: the TV shows a code, and a device you are already signed in on approves it.

What is NOT collected

No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
No third-party analytics or tracking.
No location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
Nothing is sold or shared with anyone for marketing.

Who else is involved

Two service providers make the site work, and both only see what they need to:

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the member records described above.
Bunny.net stores and delivers the video itself.

Sign-in emails are sent through an email provider purely to deliver the link.

Keeping it private

Every request is checked against your membership, on the server, each time — so removing a member ends their access immediately, on every device including a television. Videos are served through short-lived signed links rather than public addresses. A shared link, if one is created, can be revoked and stops working straight away.

Signing out and deletion

You can sign out on any device at any time; on the TV app that is under Profile. A television that nobody opens for about six months signs itself out on its own.

To have your account and everything associated with it deleted, email chadware@chadman.net and it will be removed. There is no retention period being served here — this is a family video library, not a business.

Children

This is not directed at children, and accounts are only created by invitation. Family videos may include children who are family members, and are restricted to family accounts.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
